Due to the custom nature of our products and the prevalence of illegal reproduction, all products sold by Sideline Media LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Replacement items for damage in shipping or misidentified images will be honored within a 14-day replacement period.


Sideline Media LLC makes no express or implied warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The maximum liability arising from any order shall be limited to the price of the product purchased. In no event shall Sideline Media LLC or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold or the use of sidelinemedia.net.


Typographical or pricing errors may occur; Sideline Media LLC reserves the right to correct such errors or cancel affected orders at its discretion.

 

 

Order Acceptance Policy

 

 

Order submission and confirmation do not signify acceptance. Sideline Media LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order as needed and may request additional information prior to processing.


While we reserve this right, our goal is always to ensure each project receives the attention and quality it deserves.

 

 

Return Policy

 

 

All returns for replacement must meet these conditions:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned complete and undamaged.

• All shipping and return fees are non-refundable.

• Please allow 2–3 weeks for replacement processing.

• Claims for missing items must be reported within 10 days of shipment.


Sideline Media offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will redo the work at no cost.

Orders are fulfilled through professional labs and shipped directly to you. Sideline Media LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

 

 

Sales Policy Agreement

 

 

By placing an order through sidelinemedia.net or any partner websites, you agree to the terms and conditions herein and authorize Sideline Media LLC to collect payment through your chosen payment method.


Sideline Media reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

 

 

Digital Image License

 

 

Digital images purchased from Sideline Media are licensed for personal use and social media sharing only, subject to the Digital Image License on our website. Printing, alteration, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.


Digital products delivered via FOREVER® are also subject to FOREVER’s Terms of Service.

 

 

Governing Law

 

 

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. Sideline Media LLC is a duly chartered and registered limited liability company in good standing with the State of Mississippi, operating under Business ID #1430059.
